Refund & Return Policy – Thanima Creations

At Thanima Creations, our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Each item is made with significant time, effort, and craftsmanship. Because of the handmade nature of these products, we follow a no return policy.

No Returns

Once an order is placed and delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Many of our products are handmade or prepared after receiving the order, and therefore cannot be resold.

Product Variations

Since our products are handmade, slight variations in color, design, size, or finishing may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.

Damaged Items

If a product is received in a damaged condition due to shipping, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement of the damaged product, or
• Another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before the artisan begins preparing the product. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
